Vechro & Artwalk turn Patras into a real-life gallery!
In the last 5 years, more than 40+ murals have been made in Patras as part of the annual date of well-known international artists. As part of a creative and different project that Vechro supports every year with excitement and pride. Vechro & Artwalk have as goal to inspire and transform a city into a canvas full of colors, emotions, images, and power. Street artists across the world are gathering in Patras every year for the festival, with purpose to stimulate the interest and give a special dynamic and character to the city.
Following all the necessary protocols and safety regulations according to COVID-19, the Art in Progress team managed to complete for another year the International Street Festival, ArtWalk. Color has the power and Vechro has the color to transform one of the biggest Greek urban centers into a real-life gallery. Vechro loves and support actions that are art-oriented by offering its premium quality, odorless, and ecological products. Thus, the vision of giving color and life to the “canvases” of the urban landscape, became also vision for Vechro. The company all these years support art and its people, because #PaintHasThePower to change everything even our daily moments.
ArtWalk 6 has double meaning, despite all the color and the hope that are communicated by the murals, the first wall painting was dedicated to the 200years of the national uprising.
In conclusion, as we are waiting for this year's festival to be over, we are already looking forward for ArtWalk 7. Vechro is going to be for another year gold sponsor and warm supporter of this project that communicate the power of color around Patras and Greece.
