VECHRO as a sponsor to Davis Cup 2019
After the finals, Davis Cup was completed with great success as the top tennis event ever held in our country, with the exception of the Athens Olympics. At the spectacular TATOI Club, on a very busy 4-day event (11-14 of September, 2019), tennis and sports fans had the opportunity to enjoy high-quality tennis matches and support our Men's National Team to achieve its goal. With the top Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas in our roster, our National Tennis Team participated in Men's World Cup known as "Davis Cup 2019", the most important national tennis event.
As a proud sponsor of Davis Cup 2019 and by the side of the Greek national team was the Greek paint industry Vechro, the No1 company in total sales and ecological certified products in Greece from 2003 until present, with a history of 70years. Vechro aims every year to support actions related to the ecology, sport and the overall promotion of our country abroad.
Our national team. with the support of Greek audience succeeded,in qualifying to the next phase of the competition, taking the 3rd place among the 8 participating national teams. In addition to Stefanos Tsitsipas, coach Dimitris Hatzinikolaou also had Michalis Pervolarakis, Markos Kalovelonis and Petros Tsitsipas representing Greece.
