Water based Hybrid primer ideal before applying ISOLOR Hybrid Aqua Plus elastomeric waterproofing coating. Low odor and VOC. Ready for use. Suitable for the priming of new cement substrates as also of existing waterproofing coatings. Can be applied above bituminous materials, mosaic, aluminium foils etc. Excellent adhesion and penetration. Quick drying.
